Terms & Conditions
1. A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. This percentage is listed on your formal quote. 75% of the event is to be paid before the event and should be paid immediately on invoice. Any additions should again be paid after the event immediately on invoice.
2. The payment of 25% deposit signifies acceptance of the quotation and these Terms and Conditions.
3. Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Simply Fine Foods reserves the right to adjust unconfirmed quotations beyond 14 days. Quotations are free and provided without obligation.
4. All cancellations must be confirmed by post or email.

5. Quotations that include the use of clients own equipment or hire of equipment will be provisional pending a free site survey to discuss the requirements of Simply Fine Foods Ltd.
6. Minimum numbers of 8 for a Sit-Down Meal and 15 for a Buffet are required. Subject to Simply Fine Foods Ltd discretion.
7. Final numbers of the event must be notified 7 days before the event. Where numbers exceed the original quotation they will be charged pro-rata. Where numbers are less than the original quotation the cost will be reduced pro-rata by up to a maximum of 5%. Where increased numbers are notified less than 48 hours ahead of the event, the availability of the extra food cannot be guaranteed.
8. If exceptional circumstances arise, which prevents Simply Fine Foods Ltd from fulfilling their quotation, every effort will be made to provide an alternative solution which is satisfactory to the client or a refund will be made.
9. Delivery is normally free to the local area but may be charged at the discretion of Simply Fine Foods.
10. Simply Fine Foods Ltd has sufficient Public Liability Insurance. Simply Fine Foods Ltd advises that all food must be consumed after 4 hours of initial serving. Any food served 4 or more hours after first serving is at the client’s discretion and becomes their responsibility.
11. Simply Fine Foods Ltd reserve the right to charge for any broken, damaged or lost equipment during the event or any loaned equipment broken, damaged or lost.
